Flowers by Helen Elizabeth
1. Booking and Payment
A £400 non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your wedding date.
Final payment is due six (6) weeks prior to your event.
Payments are accepted by bank transfer only.
No floral work will be undertaken until full payment is received. Late or missing payments may result in cancellation without refund.
2. Consultations
An initial consultation and a detailed follow-up (at least 8 weeks prior) are included.
All consultations are by appointment only.
Communication is welcomed at any time via email, phone, or Teams.
3. Quotations and Final Order
Quotes are guide prices only and subject to change based on design adjustments and seasonal flower availability.
Your final quote is confirmed following your detailed consultation.
Changes must be submitted in writing and no major changes can be made within 6 weeks of your wedding.
Increases after this time may incur additional fees or substitute flowers.
4. Flower Availability
Fresh flowers are seasonal and subject to availability.
Flowers by Helen Elizabeth reserves the right to make suitable substitutions where necessary, ensuring the overall look and style is maintained.
Clients will be informed of any substitutions prior to delivery.
5. Delivery and Acceptance
Delivery is available for weddings and events in Berkshire and Hampshire only.
A designated person must sign for the flowers on delivery, confirming they are in good condition.
Any issues must be reported within 1 hour of delivery.
6. Minimum Spend
A minimum floral spend of £2,000 applies before delivery charges.
7. Cancellations and Postponements
All deposits are non-refundable.
If cancelling:
Within 180 days: 50% of the total quote is due
Within 90 days: Full payment is due
If postponing, the deposit will be held for a new date, but this may incur rearrangement fees.
8. Prop Hire Terms
Props remain the property of Flowers by Helen Elizabeth.
A holding deposit may be required for hired items.
The hirer is responsible for all hired items from delivery until return.
Any loss or damage will be charged at replacement value.
Equipment is for indoor use only unless otherwise agreed.
Additional charges apply for:
Midnight collections (£250)
Extra trips to the venue due to unforeseen circumstances
9. Image Use
Flowers by Helen Elizabeth reserves the right to photograph finished floral work for use on social media and marketing.
Please advise if you do not wish to be tagged in images.
